Welcome to the 10x Sales Funnel Automation Training Program

Over the course of the next few weeks, I am going to quickly and systematically teach you how to build YOUR OWN automated sales funnel . . .

In this training program I am going to show you how to create an automated infobusiness online business that works like this:

You have a primary squeeze page that you use to get folks to become subscribers.

You have an automated email campaign that progressively and automatically promotes 3 of your products over the first 3-4 weeks that someone is in your campaign.

And you have an automated email campaign that builds rapport with your prospects.
Now, when many folks hear about doing something like this, it feels really big and really scary.

And I get that, because when I first started, when I was just building a list and didn’t have my own product, it probably looked very far-away to me as well.

And if you’ve spent the last 3 years (or more) trying to learn bits and pieces so you can put it all together one day, someday, and it hasn’t happened after 3 years, it feels really scary.

And undoable.

But I believe YOU can do it in 4-6 weeks.

That’s right, 4-6 weeks.

Will you have to stay focused, yes.

Will you have to push hard sometimes, yes.

Will you get stuck and have to get unstuck, yes.

But you can do it.

And the reason you can do it is because I am going to make it so very very easy that it seems too easy.

I am going to make you wonder why the others guys didn’t make it this easy.,
I don’t know.

I’ve never been able to make it this easy, and I’ve been working at it for 11 years.

Doing it myself for most of that time.

And some of these guys that teach this, they actually have a really complicated process, using complicated software, so when they try to teach you what they do. – it’s, well, a complicated process.

But I’m going to make it really easy.

The way I’ve done it for years.

And yes, sometimes folks tell me my system isn’t complicated enough to be modern.

But folks still buy from my simple, simple system, like clockwork, sales page after sales page, week after week.

And once you have my simple system in place, making you money, if you want to complicate it and add complexity and advanced software so it feels modern. . . that’s your deal, not mine!

I say all this because I want you to understand WHY it’s going to be easy.

It’s not because we are going to use special “easy software”

And it’s not because we are going to cut corners.

And it’s not because we are going to skip anything important.

But it’s going to happen because I have spent years keeping my business really simple, and I’m going to show you how I do it.

And it’s going to happen because you aren’t going to add anything unnecessary to your business, at least not at this stage.

Now, in the spirit of keeping this really simple, I want to share with you what your business needs at a bare minimum to make money:

 

Now, this is a bare minimum.

So if you are thinking, but I really want this certain functionality – I’m not saying ditch it.

I’m saying, get this thing going fast.

You see, you can spend a year (or 3) building something that you never make a penny from and never change a life.

Or you can build something fast (4-6 weeks) that starts changing lives NOW and you get money coming in.

Then you can add and iterate all you want (if you still want to)

So here’s what you need in place:

1)a website where you can host your squeeze page, sales pages, and download pages
2) a giveaway item so folks want to get onto your list
3) 3 products (note this is 1 product then create another product, then create another product) this is real simple.
4) an email campaign promoting each of those products
5) a rapport building email campaign that runs alongside those product campaigns (yes, I know this is starting to sound hard, bear with me, I’ll make it simple)
6) a sales letter for each of the 3 products
7) a download page for each of the products
8) a merchant account or paypal account and a minimal shopping cart so you can get paid AND get folks automatically directed to the download page of the product they bought)

That’s IT folks.

Don’t let this feel so simple you don’t want to do this.

and don’t let this feel so difficult you don’t want to do this.

Just go with the flow.

You are on about day 1 or day 3, depending on when you started.

And I am going to make this whole thing really, really easy.

 

Now, for some of you, you already have some parts of this 8 step process in place.

So you can skip the directions for that step.

But don’t skip a set of directions just because you have an old version of something you created a long time ago and is barely marketable.

In that case, take the time to go through all the steps.

But at the same time, if you’ve just been through one of my other classes and have already created your first product, or your giveaway, etc –

You don’t need to do it over again just because it’s in this manual!

 

But it’s important to get ALL of these steps done, preferably sequentially.

Because if you skip even one step, you have nothing.

you don’t have a sales funnel.

you don’t have an automated sales funnel.

And the thing is, once you have an automated sales funnel, your life just gets easier.

Because at that point, you can focus on 3 things in your business:

Adding products if you want (to the end of your campaign)
getting new subscribers onto your list
writing fresh, new daily rapport building emails (and this doesn’t even have to be daily, it can be 3x a week or whatever works for you)

 

This means that once you have your automated sales funnel in place, you aren’t scrambling to find something to create or promote each week.

Having your automated sales funnel in place means you don’t have to keep being stressed because you don’t have a basic foundation in place.

You’ll have a basic foundation in place . . .

Then you build on it over time.

So the way this is going to work is I am going to give you training for each step of the process.

If you’ve taken some of my classes in the past, you’ll see that you might have studied some of the material.

But remember, this training is about bringing it all together.

And I’m going to use my highest-productivity trainings for this.

And in many cases, that means from live classes.

So if you were there you will have already learned that one lesson.

The key with this is that you are going to bring it all together.

Don’t re-do something you’ve already done.

But fast-forward and work quickly to FINISH all the parts.

There are 8 parts to this business.

You simply need to DO those 8 parts . . . .

Let’s get started:

Now, your mission over the next few weeks is to simply build out each step of that process, then check it off your list.

When you have all the components done, you have a working 3 product sales funnel driven by email!

 

Over the next few days, I’ll add training to teach you how to do each of those components, although you can do these in any order . . .I might recommend starting at the top and working down:

and then a deeper training you can study for enhanced insight

You might ask, why pay $29 a month when you can get cheapo hosting somewhere else?

Because I’ve been down the cheapo hosting route and I’ve paid hundreds a month for a private server.

And both have problems and challenges, and you don’t know it until lose data or get infected or lose a site. And no matter how much you say it won’t happen to you  . . .it can and there’s a strong likelihood that it will.

This is why I like Beaver Builder: because it’s really, really easy to create any page you want in minutes, on the fly. You don’t have to hunt for a theme that does exactly what you have in mind . . . you can do it yourself in minutes.

Write a 5+ page doc teaching how to do what you teach. Don’t worry about including too much – if you can include everything you know in 5+ pages, you need to go back to school! Seriously, don’t worry about teaching too much . . . the more you teach in the doc (giveaway) the more they will think you will teach in your 6 lesson training program!

2b) create a squeeze page

  1. Use Beaver Builder and do it the way I just showed you in the above video: Web page builder I personally use

OR: 2) Use instabuilder and there are pre-programmed squeeze pages you can use as templates: Instabuilder – easiest and most efficient squeeze page builder I know of

OR: 3) Use any other tool you ALREADY pay for like clickfunnels, optimizepress, leadpages, etc.

But my recommendation is to NOT start paying for those services if you aren’t already, you don’t need them, I don’t use them. Not that they are bad – but that you can do everything much more simpler 🙂

And here are a few client squeeze pages that work the way I teach and flow nicely.

Note how they go immediately to a download page, the download page is clear and easy to understand what to do.

Some folks think the squeeze page should make it hard for someone to like you, the squeeze page is like a first date: it should be your best foot forward, it should easy, easy for someone to understand and access your giveaway:

3) create 3 products (note this is 1 product then create another product, then create another product) this is real simple.

Create your first product:

 

How to Outline Your Product:

Step 1: What are the 5-7 primary steps to doing what you teach? Write these out in outline form, just like I am doing in this lesson.

Step 2: Make a new lesson page for each of the 5-7 steps, just like THIS is lesson 1 of 6 (note these are placeholder lessons, they will contain nothing at first. You will add to them one lesson at a time, just like this lesson) You can watch this video to see how I created THIS lesson outline: Video of me creating THIS lesson outline

Step 3: Determine how you are going to teach the material. This lesson has a recorded component.  You can record your lessons, or you can write them. This is an example of a written lesson: link

Step 3: Add supporting documents and links. Just like you’ve seen me do here. So for example, if you teach karate, you might go to youtube and find a video of someone doing 100 pushups instead of recording your own. You might write a 5 page guide to something you are teaching, and convert it to a pdf. So: add in all supporting documents. Notice I am doing this by creating placeholders, THEN add the links (here is a video of me doing that: (this video I am currently recording)

Step 4: Do this for all 5-7 lessons. Your product is now complete. Yes, it IS this easy.

 

That’s for the first product, I’ll give you some new ideas for products 2 and 3

and I’ll add these shortly – but first complete the above steps!
