The key with video for content – youtube, etc – is that it should teach folks something interesting, perhaps something they wouldn’t find anywhere else but from you.

And if you teach something that is common knowledge, to make it unique, add a unique angle, tell folks something you do that is different, or recommend a few ideas.

So your video might work like this:

10 seconds: introduce yourself

10 seconds: introduce your topic

2 – 10 minutes teach like you mean it

30 seconds: call to action to go to your squeeze page to get a free download (that’s relevant to the topic you taught)
