What thoughts/comments/ reactions do y’all have to this statement?

    “Sing Again! solves…
The Sing Again! Vocal Course solves the problems people over forty face of losing the facility, ease, power, and enjoyment of their singing or speaking voice, and their public or private performance using their voice, due to neglect, atrophy, or abuse over time. And everything in the Sing Again! Vocal Course is designed to change lives by helping people over forty recover the pleasure of singing, revive the power and agility of their voice, and rejuvenate their confidence in using their voice for public, private, or professional performance.”

Thanks so much for sharing this, Natalie. I used to sing, almost professionally (I have some studio recordings and I used to sing in different local shows). Let me know if there’s any way I can support you in your efforts with getting the course launched. I totally fit the description. 🙂

Danise, thank you for your comment, which I just saw, 11 months later, as well as your offer to help. I’d point you to my reply to Carol, below, but I’m unsure whether you can see it on this forum, so I’m copying it here: Once I launch, I hope you’ll join. I would like to figure out how to invite all of the Anyone Can Coach people into the program gratis, so y’all can help me develop/refine the program and provide me with testimonials. FYI, my launch date is mid-January 2020. Watch out! And keep pressing forward with your own program(s)!

Hi Natalie, my first thought when I read what you wrote is that I never knew that could happen once a person is over 40. As a 70 year old, I have noticed that my voice isn’t nearly as strong as it used to be. But I didn’t realize it was a common occurrence and finding that out made me wonder what I can do to change that.

Carol, thank you for your comment, which I just saw, 11 months later. Keep singing! No matter what, keep singing. It’s just like every other muscular function of which your body is capable: use it or lose it. But we also both know that singing, and music in general, touches our soul in ways unlike any other activity can. Once I launch, I hope you’ll join. I would like to figure out how to invite all of the Anyone Can Coach people into the program gratis, so they can help me develop/refine the program and provide me with testimonials. FYI, my launch date is mid-January 2020. Watch for it, and keep going on your own program(s)!

    This is quite good, Natalie.

The only thing that I would suggest is that you change the tense so that it reads as something you will do; not what the program does alone. You should also include the reason why you’re doing it.

For example, you might say, “I am DETERMINED to build a business that helps people over the age of 40 to recover their ability to sing or speak easily and powerfully so that they can regain confidence and enjoyment.”

I got this format from one of Sean’s products, and I’ve used it to craft my own statement of intent.

Thank you, Bruce! I’ll try that, too. Perhaps both ways of stating it can help me press on.

Natalie, I’m so proud of you for taking this step!

When your change lives motivation is totally clear in your mind and you become singularly driven to change lives in that way – and then REMEMBER each day that that’s what you are doing, everything else tends to fall in place.

The reason is that when you are driven motivationally, then when you hit a road block or you don’t know what to do, because you have a singular motivational goal, you go ALL OUT to make that thing a reality . . .

but if you have wishy washy motivation, then you let it slide, you don’t push through, you give up.

With this statement as a 3x a day reminder of what drives you, you keep pushing until you reach your goal.

    Sean
