I thought I’d take a different tack here and answer the question myself!
My goal for 2019 is to go from helping 100-200 people a month to empowering 1000+ people to become coaches who help 100-200 people a month – essentially duplicating myself 1000 times!
And to do that, I must institute powerful systems and teams to coach, rather than me doing all the coaching!
And of course, for those who know me best, you know that means I am going to have to “let go” a little . . in fact, ALOT!

I’m inspired by your “let go” advice.
That’s one of my major obstacles (as I referenced in my post under this topic) – trying to be “perfect” before launching anything. In other words, “being in control.” That is part of my nature. That is also what has been holding me back…
But not this year!

Sean, I consider you to be a great leader. So, by duplicating yourself, you will really be creating leaders who are empowered to make a difference in thousands of lives! I’m with you!
