You’ve done the hardest part now, you’ve started!
You see, once you’ve started, you can iterate, change things you don’t like, improve things, add training, and so on.
But you must start.
Once you’ve started, once you’ve held your first training call and recorded it so you can add it to the Class or Coaching Access Page . . .you just keep doing one call per week, each week delivering value to your clients, and adding to the “heft” of your coaching program, by adding the recordings to the Access Area.
Deliver a new coaching call each week or 2x a month.
Rinse and repeat.
After the initial 10-12 weeks, ask your clients what they want to learn. Make a new set of topics for the next set of weeks.
You will get to the point you can iterate and simply choose a new topic each week without long term planning.
The hardest week is week 1.
They get easier and easier.
