I can relate to your weather issues. I’m about 30 minutes
north of Toronto in Canada and the weather here has been awful.
I feel spring is around the corner so there’s that to look
forward to at least.

I’m in preventative maintenance mode at this point.
Realized I’m starting to get a bit of a pot belly and
wanted to shed some pounds while increasing my endurance.
